Has Atlasia ever had a criminal case?  If not, it would seem this newly created Bar will be like the Maytag Man.

I might add, that if I were representing a defendant, my first bit of advice would be to deregister, and re-register.

Yes...it has.  And the Bar bill was created in response to it (aka Atlasia v. Keystone Phil aka Jessica Wallerstein)

That is interesting. Did anyone go to "jail?"

No jail here. Only bans on voting/holding office.
