American Research Group has released a new poll showing Bush leading Kerry 48%-47% among likely voters.   Among registered voters, Kerry is leading 48%-46%.

The registered voter sample has a partisan breakdown of 37% Dem, 35% Rep, & 28% Ind.  There is no partisan breakdown publicly available for the likely voter sample.

ARG is not the best pollster and has a strong pull to the left, especially this cycle.

This is not good news for Kerry.  Espeically with the likely voter screen at about 80%.  There will not be 80% turnout in November.
