Yeah, this WA Rasmussen summer-bias in favor of McCain is unbelievable ! Look at when they had Cantwell beating this Republican by 11 in July 2006 and then she beat him by 17 ...

Obama by 15 in November !

I'll split the difference and say Obama by 12.   Washington is latte lib land.

Throw a little money into Oregon maybe but even that would be wasted.

SUSA should be dumping a WA poll any day now.

We might even learn how well Obama/Bloomberg does against McCain/Fiorina.

Well, on the bright side we should be getting new Iowa, Oregon, Michigan, North Carolina and Minnesota polls from Rasmussen within the next few days

Washington is still going to end up being an Obama blowout.  I think he gets minimum 55% of the vote in the state.  Maybe as high as 60%.

Yeah, what's the deal with Washington and Alabama polls?

No idea about Alabama, but Washington has a relatively high-profile gubernatorial race that many were expecting to be a dead heat.  Hence an abundance of polls from there.

While Summer polls overestimate Democratic performance in most states for various reasons, I think it actually overestimates Republicans here. Democrats here are wealthier, more likely to go on vacation and more likely to be young and not at home.

I'm personally fascinated to see the Obama/Bloomberg v. McCain/Bloomberg poll.
