Not true. Legislation with no sponsor is dropped from the queue if no one picks it up within, IIRC, seven days. I believe it has been more than seven days since you left the Senate.

FWIW, I picked up the sponsorship of the Heroin Bill as of about 10 minutes ago, at the request of DWTL. He deserves a vote on his Bill.
