Wisconsin, New Hampshire, and New Mexico will be the closest.

Ohio, Virginia, Missouri and Florida will go Republican.

Looking more and more like a rerun of 2000:   From 2004, IA and NM slide back from Bush to Democrat Obama, leaving CO, NV, OH as the likely closest state.

At this point most likely Colorado, though Nevada will also be very close.

Again, I say Missouri. Still, why do we get a new edition of the thread so soon? I doubt that much will change in such a short period of time.

You'd have to be awfully pessimistic to say MO will be the closest state.  What makes you think that Obama can make up for the massacres in rural MO?  Slightly higher black turnout rates in St. Louis and Kansas City won't cut it.

MO may be surprisingly close. Black turnout may be part, but Obama has had a lot of positive media in the St Louis Metro and river areas to the north due to coverage of IL politics. I think both IA and MO will shift more to Obama than the national average for that reason.

We should really restart this poll now that the tickets are set.

I'm surprised Missouri has more votes than Pennsylvania.
