Governors, the Amendment to End the Budget Requirement has been passed by the Senate in a vote of 7-0.

We should make it so everyone who votes against ratification (if it fails) is required to do all the work and draft Atlasia's budget. Since most who vote against it have never been in the Senate or know how much work it took way back in the day for the GM to create the budget.
