The Arkansas Democratic Party Chairman died today from his injuries sustained when a gunman, who was shot and killed by police, opened fire in the Arkansas Democratic Party Headquarters today hitting only the Chairman.

My thoughts and prayers are with the Chairman's family and the Arkansas Democratic Party.

I don't know, yet.  I've been out of the house since 4:30 CT this afternoon, so I haven't been able to watch the news.

Rest in peace.  My thoughts and prayers are with his family.  Did they ever figure out the motive?

Unless this was another lone nut with no ideological opposition, this is the second right wing terrorist attack in about as many weeks.

And the first attack was when?

He was referring to the shooting at the Unitarian church in Knoxville a few weeks ago.

Regardless, there's no evidence this was politically motivated. I suspect they guy was just crazy, or maybe there was some sort of prior personal grudge.

I think it was a disgruntled former employee.
