Even the best kept secret couldn’t be kept from the relentless howl of the press. Still, Obama did a heck of  a job keeping it secret.

I like Biden, and good for Obama for picking him. I still won’t vote for Obama, but I feel a lot better with a Biden Vice Presidency, should it come about. And hey, should Obama lose, hopefully Biden can pull an Edwards and give it another go in 2012.

The biggest  problem with this ticket though, is two senators. Seems  a bit weak to me usually, but I think Biden makes up for it for the most part, with his years of experience.

A large chunk of the country has gone to sleep, so the text message will still kind of work for them.

And I guess the Obama campaign hasn't come out and made it "official"...

Still, I'm not surprised it broke before the text. The Secret Service gave it away.
