How do I insert one of the "Obama 08" banners in my profile? I've been playing with the profile options but couldn't find any regarding this,and plenty of users have these banners...

Hmm,thanks,but I checked and my vote does count as an endorsement.Also,I have put my political matrix data in my profile page,but it's not showing.
