Is my assessment more or less accurate?

McCain / Palin will visit those states / counties which voted for Bush in 2004 in order to increase the number of Republican votes cast and also visit counties that voted for Kerry in 2004 by less than 1%

Obama / Biden will visit those counties that have large concentrations of voters (i.e counties with cities in then) to ensue that Democrats come out to vote in larger numbers than rural counties put together and ignore all other states where there is little chance of flipping the state with increased numbers of Dem voters
