I don't know about your credibilities.
And Bush didn't really improve the situation if it comes to foreign policies, at least you might agree on this.

We have not been attacked.  After the "kind an sweet" Bill Clinton years, we were.

Oh great.
But you are hated by Russia, China, and every Muslim in the world now.
That makes about- half of the world population?
And even Europe- which you brought Democracy to- is not completely on the side of the US anymore.
Well done!

The "good will" didn't stop 9-11.  Sorry.

It isn't "hate" but self determination.

But the means were wrong.
They were determined by ideology and religion rather than by having a deep understanding of the different cultures in the world. And with a black-and white colour code, rather than seeing the shades of grey in the different actions by the other states.
And to be honest- I would love to see the US involved in international politics again for the right reason.

No quarter for terrorists and those that harbor them. Any thought outside of that is selling out in my opinion. Of course, Europe is irrelevant and pussified.

Oh, even McCain doesn't want to bomb Pakistan as far as I remember.
And I believe that's where Bin Laden is right now.

You are right in some respect, Europe is trying some "appeasement policies" which never worked- but doing things like we were in the 19th century won't work either.

Pakistan is a total joke, we should obviously have ground forces there. And secondly, if I were a betting man I'd bet Osama isn't even alive.

Does it mean that you would walk up to a librarian bluntly and ask her if you can ban books or not?
Or would you rephrase the question now?
In China or Russia, by the way, this would have been very legitimate and there would have been no outrage. Think about it.

...says the person from a country that DOES ban books it deems Nazi propaganda.

"...says the person from a country that DOES ban books it deems Nazi propaganda."
There are strict rules about buying these books- they are not getting banned in libraries, they will simply not appear there. They will not get bought.

"Pakistan is a total joke, we should obviously have ground forces there. And secondly, if I were a betting man I'd bet Osama isn't even alive."
How about working with the Arab nations together to get democracies there?
Possibly, build up their Universities and not having especially these schools harbouring terrorists?
All these things could be done without bombing them back into the stone age, and without having "appeasement" policies.

Schooling only works if the nation we want to put schools in is willing.
