Considering that Zuma is not a member of Parliament and therefore is not qualified to stand to replace Mbeki as President of the South Africa, it seems that he will not become President at the present. However Zuma is more than likely to become President at a later date. Judging from the latest political events in South Africa we might end up with President Baleka Mbete for a while.
