Am I allowed to start it at this time or is this just going to fall off the first page?

I had to take off work early due to the high ragweed count in Oklahoma and a cold so I have had CNN HD on since I got home about 12:30 CDT.  I've even got Debate Night in America from 7-8 to record on my DVR, as well as the debate itself, plus Debate Night in America from 10-11 all on DVR tonight.

McCain (literally) already has declared himself the winner.  so you should stop being a prick about things such as that.

I think McCain is going to be biased in his own favor. I kind of expected it.

Clearly McCain is such a superior debater that he has already won the debate.

70% of CNN's focus group thinks Obama will win.  Expectations-lowering didn't work, apparently.

(I missed John King's map!)

Did Ralph Nader and the other third party candidates file any lawsuits this year to try to open the debate? And can we expect to see McKinney or someone get arrested tonight trying to get into the thing?

As for the debate itself, I expect it to be  a letdown. We’ll see though, I do hope the candidates call each other out and we get a bit of conflict throughout the night.

I don't predict debates, though I will say this:

1) An Obama clear victory probably ends the election.
2) A unconvincing tie probably continues the bloody mess until the next one, but Obama is still favored.
3) A McCain clear victory probably switches things to back where it was post-RNC, and might change the whole tenor of the election.

Anyway, this should be fun.  be back when done.
