University poll, registered voters. Not conducted by students, but conducted by some obscuro pollster in Renton.
But honestly -- and this is a
top secret -- the guy who directs it knows what he's doing it. Its 2006 record indicates to me that it's decent, but maybe has a house Democratic effect of a couple of points.
I see much stronger indication on all fronts that Gregoire is leading than Rossi. The news today wasn't a sealed coffin for him, but if ballot returns are going like I think they are, it could have come at a better time. I'd give Gregoire about 2/3 odds right now, maybe a bit less.
