It basically is. A note from her shrink that she is depressed is enough. Folks can get anything out of doctors these days, if they pay. Heck some are writing prescriptions for pot like hotcakes.

Health issues should have a bit more rigor than that, for late term abortions. Really.

How about just have abortion on demand and not bother with needing any notes? Some people die from their pregnancies, you know.
