Thanks, John. I was not aware that SUVs already were classified as sedans. I still maintain that that provision of my bill is needed, though, as this legislation only changes the classification for SUVs, not for pickup trucks or any other under 10,000 pound vehicle that is not already classified as a car.

Likewise, I am glad to see that the CAFE is now up to 22.7 MPG. Thus, my bill should be changed to read 18 years, not 20 years.
