lean Hagan for me...not only has Dole not lead in any poll recently, but I suppose Obama's relatively strong showing can only help Hagan.

I never thought I would find myself predicting this, but:

NORTH CAROLINA PRESIDENT -
50% (D) Obama
47% (R) McCain
  2% Others

NORTH CAROLINA SENATE -
51% (D) Hagan
47% (R) Dole
  1% Others

Tossup/tilt Hagan. With that not an option, Lean Hagan - certainly not a pure tossup at this point.

Toss-up, pretty much.  Hagan would win if the election was today, but the race is real close (two points?) and there's time left on the clock.

Clearly lean Hagan. Dole still has a chance but with her record...
