I doubt this is a TV ad due to the length and the fact it's for a state legislative race, but still, the unprofessionalism, production values and nitpicking of this are laughable: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fneYptHrcpw

Pretty safe bet:  More people who feel the opposite way are swing voters than those who agree with you.

Look at polls dude, like that "sin" one awhile back. Even a majority don't think smoking pot is a sin. It's not a horrible, horrible thing to most swing voters.

I actually think the concept behind this ad was rather clever. The problem was the epic failure in execution and explanation, which then caused it to turn into this... thing.
