You are right: The Republican candidate won't get 15% against Lynch, he'll get 20%. Wink

Remind me how much John Lynch won by in 2006? 48 points. (Although maybe that was a joke on your part. Oh well.)

Anyway, UNH is generally very reliable. But this result is weird.

It would be rather humorous if Obama won NH by this decisive a margin.

Question:

If more polls show Obama ahead by 15-20% and Obama wins by 10 on Election Day, is it because of the Bradley-Effect ? Roll Eyes

I love how some of the Obama fanatics are trying to spin that this is somehow accurate or just resorting to sarcastic remarks because they don't want to admit how insane this result looks.

This result IS insane. Why ? Because UNH polls only 200 people each day, with a 7-8% MoE.

Generally UNH is a good pollster, but I'd rather see them using 600-800 LV each day.

Who exactly said  that??

Anyway, no way Obama is up 25%, but he is up double digits.

My apologies if someone has pointed this out before, but the regional breakdown looks odd.

Of course it's not accurate! John McCain has really been kicking ass in New Hampshire as of late!

How so? McCain will be strongest with the Massachusetts relocations in Manchester and along the border, just like Bush was in 2004. The Francophones in the north might be reluctant to support Obama, too. They only voted for Kerry because Bush spent so much time attacking France.

I've never argued that NH was even really a tossup, let alone strong McCain. Poor attempt, hack.

Just because they were mocking McCain tactics doesn't mean they thought Obama was up by 25%, it just means that they know Obama is up big in NH

I've said in the past few weeks that Obama wins NH by 5%-10%. Right now it looks like it will be closer to 10%.
