We call those 'Moshers'! They're annoying too, but not as troublesome as Charvas. Moshers are usually from fairly wealthy families and pretty wimpish. Charvas are much more dangerous since they're usually drunk or high on drugs.
Chavettes also usually have at least 5 children by the time they're 17, all to different fathers. They're what you'd call, rather easy!!
I'm getting the sense that, since pretty much everyone speaks English now, the English have decided to invent a completely different language so they can have a national language too.
