South Dakota rejects draconian abortion ban. Colorado rejects fertalisation as 'starting' point for life. Will be interesting to see what happens with Prop 8 in California.

Finally! I am able to post once more on the forum. My internet and my Mum took their time didn't they?

Here's to Mr. Flynn and other Obama/Biden supporters hoping for victory in Virginia, North Carolina and Florida! Whilst Indiana still remains close and competitive, I doubt Obama will be able to make a comeback in the Hoosier State with more than 76% of the precincts in.

A quick question: Why is Obama performing better in South Dakota than in North Dakota? I would have assumed that it would have been vice versa.

NOVA actually isn't that terrible.  Loudin looks like it's in and at 5 points.  Prince William is 11, and Fairfax at 19.

I Congratulate Senator Obama on his victory and say, "After you the deluge."

I think McCain will lose Indiana.  Lake county is only at 74% precincts, and McCain is only ahead by a tiny amount.

Well, CNN just called it for Obama.  Congratulations to him.  I hope he does a fine job as our President.

I cried.

Seing voters, seeing African American voters bent over in tearful joy did it for me.

It isn't.  You are watching the beginning of a roller coaster ride.  It won't be Obama's fault, but it will be happening.

Surprising that Obama did so badly around Pittsburgh yet did quite well (or at least not awfully) in some other working class parts of PA. I wonder to what extent that reflects media markets and so on; can't think of any other explanation that makes sense.
