Which current Republican front-runner for the nomination will screw horrendously and lose an election and/or make a "macaca"-esque remark?

I'd say Jindal is fairly safe, at least on the macaca front.  Palin won't lose re-election and Romney isn't running for anything.  Who else are the frontrunners at this point?

I think we've already seen it with Mark Sanford's freeze-up in a television interview when he couldn't identify any differences between McCain and Bush.  Though I'm not sure if Sanford ever really wanted to make a run.

I'd say no one at the moment.

Non-white people can make racially unfortunate remarks, too.

Well, did Romney learn from his "Who let the dogs out" phoniness?

He could still use the word macaca, it's just that he'd just look silly.

Just like when someone just uses the word "just" too many times in a sentence.

(just breakin your chops)

I can see Jindal as being anti-semitic.
