I remember reading that the RNC rules committee passed the Ohio plan, but does anyone know what the schedule is for the 3 blocs of large states?

The rules committee passed it initially or something, but then when there was a vote on final approval, it went down in flames.  These posts from Marc Ambinder describe the current state of play re: the 2012 primary calendar:
