Unfortunately Coleman is still trying to pull a Bush-2000 in court.

Unfortunately Coleman is still trying to pull a Bush-2000 in court.

Having some counties re-review rejected absentee ballots and not others is a dog that won't hunt. This should be resolved in court.

"Resolved" is just a code word for "halt as soon as possible." Coleman has made no secret about wanting to stop this recount, even from happening in the first place.

The Star Tribune only has Coleman up by 29, and dropping steadily.

Edit: It's now 24.

Just saw on MSNBC that Coleman is up by 2 votes, contrary to the Star Tribune's count.

If Franken wins, this will be the greatest example of election stealing in American history.  Republicans should play this up for years

I don't really consider that election "stolen".  That election was given away as part of a compromise, most likely if vote counting continued Tilden would have won.

And for those who say 2000, I'd love to see the point where Al Gore lead by 800 votes as Coleman did

I fail to see how counting absentee ballots amounts to a stolen election. Is counting all the votes a bad thing now?

Not much of one. Torie is basically just saying Coleman has a chance if he pulls out every dirty trick in his bag.

Indeed.

I think NDN/Mint voted for McCain mostly because he's uncomfortable with actually going along with the majority and ended up voting against Obama because of the large following he garnered.
