Why do we congratulate the father. The only he did is to **** his wife months before. The mother was pregnant during 9 months and went through the birth.

I remember my Mom once going on about how I "came out of her." I appropriately responded, "Well, that wouldn't have meant much if Dad didn't put me in."  Tongue

I try to avoid such conversations with my mother

We don't have many Italians in Minnesota.  I only knew the word from Harry Turtledove books.

It isn't some topic of conversation; it just came up. I don't go looking for conversations about my Mom's pregnancy.  Tongue

I know but I figured you'd at least know the most common term to use when referring to the aliens.  Tongue

It is not like that fathers are bothered to make a children. That not supposed to be painful.

Note: If it is painful for you, a man, when you try to do a children, go see a doctor quickly.

I know that. My point is that I don't like the argument that women basically mean more in the process/men shouldn't have much of a say just because they don't carry the child.

Max, when you have a children, assuming you're straight, you'll understand.
You didn't have much work to do during those last nine months, but you will for the next 25 years, so... Grin

He did mention on here that Plant City Rebel was pregnant again, at some point during the election campaign, but it had completely slipped my mind... perhaps understandable given that neither of them is hardly ever on here anymore.
At least I remembered that when I saw the picture. Smiley

Actually, Carmen was my Great Grandmother's name, Mae was my Aunt's!  I hop on when I can, but don't really get a chance to post....with three girls under the age of 9, my time tends to be filled in for me lately!!

Max, when you have a children, assuming you're straight, you'll understand.

Max is gay, as far as I remember.

Marokai is remembering well. States, I don't understand why we congratulate somebody before the hardest part of raising a children. Especially, when you have three children, that is very difficult. Put the good limits to your child and things like that. They aren't teenagers yet. Good luck, even I think than you are good parents, I suppose than is not easy each day.

Congratulations, Mrs. Plant City Rebel.

Congratulations, States.

Despite your horrid political views, I'm sure you make a fine father.
