Anyway...I'm here to creep people out. This is me about 9 months ago. I weighed 30 pounds more than I do now...I still am trying to lose another 25. That myth that I would get weak if I tried to lose weight was making me fat....I'm actually benching 50 pounds more (from 3 sets of 225x8 to 3 sets of 275x12) than the last time I weighted what I do now!
