Caroline Kennedy is not automatically "an improvement" simply because she is not Hillary Clinton.  IIRC, about 19.3 million people meet that criterion.

There are exactly 4,769,699 people in the state of New York who would be an improvement over Hillary Clinton. Caroline Kennedy is one of them.

Ah, yes, that's what he was getting at. I'm still curious if he feels that Rudy would be an improvement. I'm assuming he doesn't feel that way but I might as well ask.

Answer the question anyway.

I already did. There are 4,769,699 people in New York who would be a better Senator than Hillary Clinton. Rudy Giuliani is not one of them, so therefore he would not be a better Senator than Hillary Clinton.

What's retarded about it? I strongly dislike Hillary so I consider anyone who voted for Obama an improvement.

Saying that there are 4,769,699 people that would be an improvement doesn't mean that there are only 4,769,699 people that would be an improvement. I'm sure you'd prefer some RINO that didn't vote at all.

I should probably say 4,769,700 since Tweed would also be an improvement and he didn't vote for Obama.
