I'd put a higher than 50% chance on Lynch running and a higher than 85% of him taking down Gregg.  Schumer said he had 2-3 governors committed to running next cycle, and there are only three viable governors (Lynch, Sebelius, Henry).

Since when was "viable" a requirement?  Perhaps Ted Strickland really wants to run?  Chet Culver?  Beshear?  Rendell?
