I'm really glad that I don't have to say that everyone that disagrees with me is an ignorant backward hick stuck in the 19th century.  I'm not going to praise MSUFan, if you think being gay or bi or whatever are is alright, come out and say it already to the world.

Personally yeah but I really don't hold it against people.  Kind of in the way that I think being a liberal is stupid but I don't hold it against people.  But what I do hold against people is when they live a lie

What a typical liberal answer of just calling someone ignorant.  The fact remains that if you don't think there is anything wrong with being gay, just come out and say it.  I'm not going to say that it would be easy, but seriously if you feel confident about something go for it.

Homophobia _is_ ignorance. There is no reason to think being gay is wrong.

Ignorant is living a lie, ignorant is ostracizing someone for being gay, thinking that thinking being gay is immoral is ignorant is ignorant.  Thinking that being gay is immoral is not

If it isn't ignorant, then it's definitely an oversimplification. Whatever.  It's hard enough to argue with a brick wall, I can't imagine what it must be like to have to argue with you on a daily basis.

It would make a progressive, so socially yes it would make you quite liberal.

This forum is liberal and overly accepting, I get that so obviously I'm going to ganged up on in this argument and browbeaten.  But the fact remains I'm fine with somebody being gay, I'm not fine with someone living a lie.
