Good for you MSU! I had no idea you were Bi! I thought I was the only bi guy here (besides AKsaber.) Hopefully, now you will have more confidence to come to everyone else you know.

You should read the bible a little more.

I hardly think that's possible. My family is pretty hard-core Catholic. My Dad is a Eucharistic minister and my mom was the Parish Secretary for a long time. There's crucifixes everywhere in my house and their views are for the most part mine (look at my social score)

That's why I wonder if I'll ever be able to tell my parents. My dad is intensely homophobic, my moms more tolerant, but still...

Yeah, I know how that can be. When I came out to my parents as bisexual, my dad had a look on his face like he had just been punched in the stomach. Whenever I go back to North Dakota to visit my parents, they always seem awkward around me. But, I would rather have it that way then be in the closet all my life. I think thats how any LGBT person should think.

Congrats MSU!! Smiley It must have been a big relief to finally be able to tell someone.

I still haven't come out to anyone yet. I highly doubt I'll ever tell my parents, either. My predicament is the opposite of yours. Tongue It's my mom who's the anti-gay right winger, and dad who is more understanding, but still very conservative and anti-gay.

Aw, I'm sorry about your situation Ak.

Thanks. Smiley It is kinda disheartening to listen to what my parents say about the LGBT crowd. If I never tell them, I wouldn't mind. It's a can of worms I would not like to open.

Thats depressing.

No disrespect to MSU, but dude this isn't a good thing to admit you're a fag. Not that I have anything against them.

I think its better to hide it because atleast maybe one day you will become straight and never have to look back at it.  Now it sticks with you forever.

Good luck hope everything works out.

You're ignorance is disgusting.

I thought this whole thread was a joke, but if not thats my advice.

You don't have to like it.

Yes, I think its better to not come out because atleast then you can think the whole thing over.  My best friend was once gay, or atleast behind closed doors.  After prayer and allowing Christ to come into his life, he's now straight and has a child on the way.

You guys are like rabbied dogs on anyone who holds opposing views on homosexuality. That's what I find disgusting.

We have to be rapid dogs, otherwise homophobes like you will keep us down.

It is me or we, homosexuals, are overrepresented here?

Congratulations, MSUFan. I would like to have the same courage than you.

I guess it shows that us homosexuals are political junkies!

Or people are way more open about their sexuality online. Still I would say only maybe 5-10% of this forum is gay. Would be cool if somebody did a census or something......

Somebody please do that! That would be so interesting!
