What did you think of his first Meet the Press? How does his style compare to Tim Russert?

I only watched the first few minutes, but I'd say he fits the role better than Tom Brokaw.

There will never be another Russ, though.  His unique smart-ass, witty, hard-hitting interviews conducted using a seemingly innocent and cheerful demeanor (and I mean that in the best way possible) cannot be easily replicated.

I thought he did pretty well, but nobody will ever compare to Tim Russert.

He's the man I wanted to have the job the whole time, so I'm glad. Worlds better than say, Olbermann or Matthews.

I would have preferred Andrea Mitchell.

I guess I won't be watching Meet the Press too often any more. Gregory bores me to tears.
