If he did anything illegal, by all means lock him up and throw away the key. Until that's proven beyond a reasonable doubt, however, I don't see how he's worse than any other politician (damning with faint praise, I know, but....).
What did he do that could even possibly be illegal? This isn't Iran luckily.
I have no clue, but Sam Spade seems to have this idea that there is a big scandal a-brewin'. Hence why I said "if".
You're reading too much into my posts - I said personal, not political - quite a ways back actually.
The "counts" being provided are more than useless (for the countless reasons I have laid out before), but given the talk of the campaigns and the absentee ballot decision, my guess is that Franken has the advantage.
