Well, Kerry did claim to participate in "war crimes," in his own words.

Kerry's mother's family, the Forbes, trafficed in drugs for a while.

Both of things are true and will note that saying both of these things this way, while technically true, are matters of spin.

I don't think Kerry's "war crimes" or his family's "drug business" are relevent.
