Agreed. At least Xahar, compared to other trolls who still roam the back alleys of the Atlas Forum did contribute items of interest when he wasn't in his post-padding phase.

Xahar didn't hack anything.

I don't care your definition of it. He gained unauthorized access to Ben's email, Atlas, and RPP forum accounts. Some kid is sitting behind bars for hacking Sarah Palin's email. That's how serious it is. I don't care if you think he's a great person because he did that. It's illegal and worse than creating a dual account on this forum. If Xahar had done that to me, he'd have heard from my lawyer by this point.

I once was using the computer lab back while I was in college. I grabbed a computer right after the previous user left. I found out that this guy was rather careless and had not only not logged out, he was still logged into his email and thus I was able to read it, though of course I didn't care so I logged out.

Did you just listen to what you said? How is that even remotely close to what happened? Ben just left his email logged in one day in the library and Xahar accidently saw what was in his mailbox? The kid was using it to use Ben's identity. If you were posing as the guy who left himself logged in and contacting people as him, then you were engaging in the same crime.

If that's all you have to counter with, then it's a lost cause. I hope Xahar doesn't intent on having you fight his battles.
