It would make all the voters happy and sound bi-partisan by combining liberal and conservative views.  Thus making it a good idea even if it is illogical and bad economic policy.

I would love for uncle Sam to send me 50,000 so I can add it with the already 100,000 ive stock piled.

Thats why it won't work.
