I don't think you are submitting the data correctly. Did you make sure the excel file with the county data was saved correctly and was in order? It shouldn't be looking like that....

No; I just submitted the statewide totals; I didn't think you needed the county data, since most Presidential elections before 1940 don't have the county data.

No; I found the results on the Clerk of the House website, and wanted to add them.  My plan was to fill in all the gaps in the database, but since I need county data, I won't be doing that.
