There's a lot of possibilities, and nobody knows what will happen. Ultimately though everything inevitably comes to an end - where humanity ends I can't say, but it will happen.

We'll last another 1,500 years before being obliterated by some random alien species.

Random really bad space event in our corner of the Milky Way.  It will happen any 10,000,000 years now.

It'll probably end eventually, but you never know.  Earth will definitely become inhabitable at some point.  But colonization within the next 300 years or so isn't beyond the realm of possibility.

The supervolcano will get us. A great eruption of the Yellowstone caldera will kill off every animal not safely in a burrow between San Francisco and Chicago -- and Edmonton and Mazatlan -- within a few days. Then comes famine.

The world will then go to the dogs -- literally. Dogs act much like lions and form bigger packs.
