I don't see any reason to support this either. It's a good policy and leaves the decisions up to the regional governments.

This Act allows children from low income families to receive the support provided by the federal government, but administered by the regional government. This is how federalism is supposed to work - local decisions being made at a local level, but with the assistance of the Atlasian National Government.
