A picture of a two-faced John Kerry along side of a tongue-tied George Bush.

W has to be, BY FAR, the most inarticulate person to ever hold the office of President of the United States.  He stutters, mangles pronunciation, and can’t communicate a complete thought on a topic he has been living and breathing for over 3 years, even though he knows in advance what questions are going to be asked!

Gerald Ford and Warren Harding were pretty inarticulate in terms of message, but in terms of clarity and articulation Bush is perhaps the worst.
