Between undecided and somewhat disapprove. I really, really wasn't happy with his smile and gift exchange session with Chavez last week.

Calling everyone we don't like evil and telling Chavez to piss off was clearly more effective.

Look, I'm not opposed to opening a dialogue with him, but Obama seemed too chummy with a guy who called this country the great Satan a few years ago and called for our demise. I want him to be our President and leader first, not try to be everybody's friend.

I also don't like our President being called weak and ineffective by these world leaders either. Zarkosy and Chavez both have belittled him in that fashion.
That and the DHS report, ineffectual and expensive economic policies, etc.

Are you retarded? Everyone in the world was calling President Bush "weak and ineffective," and I don't think it bothered you then.

Strongly approve. Things seem to be shifting to a slow but steady improvement. Lots of work ahead, but I think the foundation for a strong term are being laid pretty well so far.

No President has had such an immediately positive effect on foreign policy as has Obama.

Explain. Unless you count making us less safe a positive effect, than yeah I totally agree.

Well, your allies no longer detest your leader, which is obviously important, but the most obvious thing is that by being prepared to work with other nations, other nations are actually respecting the US's opinion - something that hasn't been true since at least 2003.
