Why Erdogan of all people? He's at least democratically elected and a leader of a half-decent country. There are plenty of dictators still on the list, though I'm having trouble making up my mind which one to vote for...
The one good thing about Turkey was that it was a secular country. Erdogan is trying is very hard to destroy exactly this thing.

Sexual abuse of minor daughter clinches this one for Ortega. Sen and Museveni seem bad but not extra-ordinarily bad.

I also don't like Ortega's pretend Catholicism and pro-life position in order to win elections. BRTD will be ok with it since it's a cool Latin American Commie of course.
Ortega at least was elected, unlike Museveni.

My least favourite leaders in this group out in the same round!
Nikola Spiric - he is not the real leader of Bosnia
And his name is spelled wrongly - it should be either Špirić or Shpirich.

Or you can understand that using a basic Australian keyboard and knowledge of slavic pronunciations, 'Spiric' is pronounced as 'Shpirich' Smiley

(my boyfriend (?) is the Serbian 'Nedeljkovic' Smiley)
No, when transliterating Slavic languages it's incorrect to use s for š, because there is a phoneme s. You are confusing it with Hungarian.

The de facto standard is the official standard minus the diacritics. (shrugs)
And how does this distinguish s from sh?

Sali Berisha, I guess. This will be the first one where we need to sacrifice OK-to-good leaders.
In my world, Berisha was such a bad leader, he got overthrown in an armed revolution. How did he do in your world?
