Idriss Deby would also be a good idea.

Finally!
Now there are still two dictators from the 20 Worst Dictators list in this group: Zenawi and Deby. I think Idriss Deby is worse, so my vote is for him.

Hans Rudolf Merz ("leader" of Switzerland? What is it?)
Well, listing all members of the Federal council would be too long...

Sigh...
The old stupid thought about a now democratic country.

Croatia is a country which, despite tons of pandering and support from the west for who knows what reason, has refused to arrest any of its war criminals, and pretty much turned a blind eye to all of them, also doing nothing about the Ustase lovers so prevalent in its society. Look at how long Ante Gotovina was free. And since then it continues to hold up its Ustase lovers as national heroes.

Serbia is a country continued to be demonized and oppressed by the West, despite it being the country to topple and arrest Milosevic, arrested Radovan Karadzic, and continues to hunt for Mladic.

Granted Kosovo is the worst of them all, it has done more than just ignore its war criminals, it elected one PM. But he's already gone, so moot point.

Lol.

1. I guess you've never been to Croatia. I have. It's not a fascist nation.
2. You obviously have no idea what Serbia is like. Which is strange, since even someone not living in Europe should be able to see the facts for themselves in that case. Serbia remains stubbornly fascist, in spite of all that has happened.

That's not to say that Sanader is a great leader or anything. He seems more opportunist than fascist though.
What definition of fascist are you using, Gustaf?
1. Serbia is rated as a free nation by the Freedom in the world
2. Serbia has handed over almost all war criminals requested by the Hague court
3. Serbia has held multiple free elections since 2000, and the last one was won by a pro-European party.
Have you been in Serbia or are you just repeating the anti-Serbian propaganda, with which Western Europe was fed for so many years?

I was going to vote for Yushchenko before I read more about Nauru, I saw that Stephen was like a miniature version of Yushchenko, and considering his country is already a ruined hellhole, he's much worse.

Marcus Stephen

What did Yushenko exactly did ? At least he tried to free himself from russian domination.
He worsened the divisions in the country. He's also attempted to subvert the laws to push through his agenda to push through his harmful and unpopular agenda. No wonder that his coalition with Tymoshenko collapsed so quickly.

Nauru went from one of the world's richest countries to one of the poorest.

Marcus Stephen it is.
It's not exactly his fault. Of course, he's not doing much to improve the situation...

Happened to me in both groups I cared about.

Yuschchenko.
Yeah, me too. I actually tried to do in the other groups. This was the only where I was fast enough not to be stopped by the "new reply" warning.
