Probably higher since I can't see the Reagan Democrats in the Pittsburgh Suburbs voting for Jindal.

Tough call.  I think Jindal being Catholic might also help.  Jindal vs. a white Democrat, I could easily see your point.  McCain does appeal to those voters a bit more however.  That said I'd call for a 56-43 Obama victory with most western counties flipping back to the Dems, but nowhere near 1988 levels.  Eastern PA there would be little effect.
