He has no reason to attempt a quixotic run in 2012 and it is way too early to have an organization gearing up for 2016, so this is not surprising.

2016 will be perfect for Jindal unless Obama gets really, really unpopular in 2012. Then watch for him to still not care about a silly draft movement and get in on his own.
