For Austria, June numbers are already available as well:

At the end of June, 229.603 people were registered as unemployed here, which is down by 10.174 (-4.2%) compared with May, but up 56.945 (+33.0%) compared with June 2008.

The national unemployment rate was 6.3% in June (+1.5%), which is higher than what EUROSTAT shows, mostly because the Austrian national rate is calculated without including self-employed persons in the labor force.

The unemployment rate in my home state of Salzburg was 4.5% in June (second lowest rate in Austria) and that of my county was 5.4%.

I always wonder what is the generally accepted reason for Spain always having a high unemployment rate?

Tourism and Construction most likely. These areas are completely broke right now and attracted many workers, especially foreigners in the past. With the construction bubble busted and foreign visitors staying away, these people are the first to be laid off. Nonetheless, unemployment is now down the second month in Spain ...

Anyway, county map of Germany's unemployment in June:
