Perhaps you meant to amend this? https://uselectionatlas.org/AFEWIKI/index.php/Line_of_Succession_%28Amendment_No_2%29_Act

Just looking for clarification, doesn't really make sense to me. Wouldn't we now have two active pieces of legislation regarding the line of succession?
