Residential townships are often developed in 100 acres or more land with the site located next to some arterial road in the area with direct access to the city centre and airports. Such sites are often chosen for their proximity to major hubs for industrial activity. However, townships are usually planned in residential property outside major cities to avoid overcrowding and similar inherent difficulties in developing huge areas.

Most realty townships developers focus on real estate opportunities in Tier 2 (above 1 million population) and Tier 3 (500,000 to 1 million population) cities in India. Real estate Kochi  has much to profit by encouraging more realty township developers.

Residential townships are developed as a self-contained fully integrated township and intended to include residential houses and apartment buildings as well as educational, medical, retail and entertainment facilities for the use of residents. The projects anticipate the development and sale of 100 - 1000 of residential units and the development and sale of a number of residential land plots. Construction of the project usually are planned in phases, with a phased completion and with sales expected to effect as each phase is completed.

With townships that are strategically located in the vicinity of major cities like, Delhi, Bangalore and Kochi offer its residents optimum quality and durability that exudes the majestic touch of value added living. Comprehensive security measures are an integral part of most townships with cameras, separate entry/exit for the residents, panic buttons in each apartment etc.

A robot-placed ad apparently.

Ban the account. But don't remove the thread, please. It's way above par of what to expect of these things. And is actually on a discussionworthy subject. Though it'd be better off in the Demographics board.
