It was conducted Oct. 28 to Oct. 30 by Weigel of Public Opinion Strategies, a firm that generally polls for Republican candidates. Political consultant David Kenney of the Kenney Group, a firm that generally works with Democratic candidates, consulted on the questionnaire and analysis.
