Filtering: SurveyUSA interviewed 900 Delaware adults 09/22/08 through 09/23/08. Of the adults, 816 were registered to vote. Of the registered voters, 703 were determined by SurveyUSA to be likely voters in the 11/04/08 general election. Delaware has 3 Electoral College votes. John Kerry carried the state by 8 points in 2004; Al Gore carried the state by 13 points in 2000.
