The survey of 600 voters, conducted Feb. 2-6, could foreshadow good news for other Illinois Democrats come November. Obama could provide helpful coattails for congressional candidates running in newly drawn Democratic-leaning districts designed to reverse Republican gains in the 2010 midterm elections.
